Welcome to the MOBILE NOTARIES GROUP.  Our goal is to provide the most professional service to assist Escrow, Mortgage, Banking and the Title Industry lending process -- to feel confident and secure.  MNG have a membership network of notaries and Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractors who are licensed,  and insured and who are trained by Barbara Taylor, (Director of Training and Instructor) one of the National Notary Association 2006 National Notary of the Year (with the highest honors and holds 5 year agreement Confirmation Appointments with First American Title Company, LandAmerica, Old Republic, Ticor Title Insurance, etc.,). 

Barbara Taylor will assure that all clients she train are able to perform loan closings and will assist her clients in making sure the documents are ratified professionally.  MNG is honored to have her onboard.  We follow the books.

Barbara is one of the main forces who stood up and faught for TIPICs before State Legislature against TIPICs being bonded. 

(The Surety Bond for TIPICs are no longer required, however, TIPICs must fill out the Affidavit of Title Insurance Producer Applicant: Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor stating that they do not handle Escrow Funds.

EXPERIENCED . . .

Our licensed, bonded and insured Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractors (Signing Agents) and Attorney’s are background checked by the State of Maryland Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS), Lexis Nexis and other clearance agencies where the signing agents are trained through Mobile Notaries Group as Agency by CJIS where they learn how to provide additional screening techniques in upholding the laws.

Thereby, the Mobile Notaries Group supports the US PATRIOT ACT to confirm that our Licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractors are able to provide a successful closing and gather necessary information required to satisfy YOU our clientele.

Our notaries and Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractors must in the state(s) of Maryland, DC, VA, NJ, PA, New York, etc., take the required hours of a Pre-licensing course and are provided training through the Mobile Notaries Group state of Maryland Insurance approved schools here on our website. 

The Licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractors must in order to keep their license active -- take a 16 Hour CE Course, obtain E&O Insurance.  The coverage they must obtain is: One Hundred Thousand E&O Insurance or higher and must be commissioned in their state. The TIPICs would like to thank Senator Kelly and (State Legislature) for researching this matter.

The Mobile Notaries Group is able to provide services such as:   Refinance, Sales, Purchases, HELOC, HECM, Commercial, Abstract services, Training and etc.

Our Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractors /notaries are able to receive all types of documents by email (e-docs), perform eNotarization or the client can place their documents on our site, call us, email us or fax us their orders to assure that the documents reach us the pre-closers in a timely fashion.
