TITLE PROCEDURES COURSE

Includes: 5 Modules

This course is designed to prepare you for the state exam in obtaining your Title Insurance Producer's License.   The Title Procedures course not only teach you the basics, but prepares you for the professional practices of notarization, the true steps and procedures of real estate closing of and how to ratify loan documents, pre/post-closing, sales/ purchases, refinance and most of all learning title language, forms, documentation, contract and more.  Learn from the experts in gaining access to your license. 

There are five Module(s) in this course.  Each module enhances the other in this process.  There are two modules where you would do self study (homework): 

1. Old/New Notary Workshop (Notary Class)

2. Perfect Signing Everytime (LoanDocument Class)

3. Partner-Up Workshop (Cram for exam at home or with classmate with course materials)

4. Title Producers Course(All day class covering Maryland Course Outline, Pop Quiz, Final Exam and Puzzle)

5. Case Study (Additional course material issued on CD and email based on additional research)

For those of you who don't know the Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC)  is a Signing Agent, Licensed Notary, Witness Closer, Certified Notary and a Pre-Closer and/or a Title Insurance Producer (TIP -- Handles Escrow and Prepares Documents) etc.,  a out of state course such as an on-line Signing Agent Course is not approved in Maryland, you must be a license Title Insurance Producer and must take an approved course approved by the State of Maryland  Insurance Administration. 

The Mobile Notaries Group is an approved school and can be found on the MIA web site www.mdinsurance..state.md.us and is linked to the http://candidate.psiexams.com/index.jsp web site. 

Payment must be in paid within 1 week of course and for One-on-One training there is no refund after 1 day.  Late Registration there are no refund after 1 day (late) for the course, however we will allow you to reschedule only once if you cannot make the course date, To reschedule you must call us, do not leave messages or email us after the 1 day.  Some course materials are not included, unless it is a bundled package or a promotion we will inform you of what materials is provided and what is not.  You must go to the Shopping Center and/or Book/CD section to purchase your materials.  There are no refund on any course materials.
